After final payment, passengers are required to provide us with confirmation in arrival and departure dates, passengers’ full name as shown in the passport, passport number, nationality, gender, date of birth, date of passport issue, date of passport expiry and special requirements at least 30 days prior to sailing dates. Upon receipt of the above, tickets shall be issued. Passengers must bring this tickets to the registration desks at Sofitel Plaza Saigon or Le Meridien Angkor as proof of boarding
